#363 [stage 4] Outbox/Inbox linking to Pubsub nodes

Linking ActivityPub outbox/inbox to XMPP Pubsub nodes

Milestone(s)

Associate ActivityPub actor with XMPP entity PEP. ActivityPub actor should be addressable by jid, XMPP entities should appear as actors.
Public XMPP blog items must be viewable from ActivityPub
ActivityPub text messages must be viewable from XMPP
XMPP blog of any Pubsub node (not only PEP) should be accessible from ActivityPub
