at least misc/_jp and misc/org.goffi.SAT.service are missing in pypi tar.bz2 archive (which was built using python setup.py sdist --formats=bztar). org.goffi.SAT.service is in data_files, so it should be in tar.bz2, a little investigation is necessary. The ftp archive (done using hg archive -t tbz2 sat-0.5.1.tar.bz2 -X ".hg*") is correct.
