#316 on cold start, Primitivus counter next to MUC room in contact list always show 20

the counter on Primitivus cold start always show 20 unread messages, even if we just restart everything and there is nothing new.

Ticket 316 fixed by Goffi (primitivus (chat): don't show minor notifications (all but mentions) when printing history)
